How does NDIS funding work with Spot On?
Spot On supports NDIS participants whose plans are plan-managed or self-managed.
We agree the scope of work directly with you, your family, support coordinator, or plan manager.
We deliver the service with the same crew wherever possible, because consistency matters.
We invoice your plan manager with a clear service period and scope.
All work is delivered by police-checked, insured team members ($20M public liability).
We service Melbourne metro, Geelong, and the Mornington Peninsula.

How we work with you
Whether you are a participant arranging your own supports, a support coordinator building a service mix, or a plan manager handling the funds, here is what working with Spot On looks like.
For participants
You talk to a real person who listens to what you need at home and in the community. We agree a routine that suits you, send the same friendly team wherever possible, and adjust the schedule whenever your needs change. If your plan is self-managed, we invoice you directly with clear, easy-to-read invoices.
For support coordinators
One reliable provider across household tasks, community access, employment support and minor home modifications, so you can simplify a participant’s service mix. We confirm scope in writing, keep visit records in our job-management system, and share progress updates on request. Certificate of currency, screening details and a sample service agreement are ready when you need them.
For plan managers
Predictable, well-documented invoicing on standard terms: clear service period, hours delivered, support item and worker assigned. Scope is agreed before work starts, so claims line up cleanly against the budget and there is nothing to chase at month end.
